Do you require progress payments during the project?
Yes. We explain our progress payment schedule with you at the property during our initial consultation. We also include a formal description of it in the written Agreement paperwork. Generally speaking though, we believe in staying caught up with progress payments pretty regularly so you are never left with a large amount to pay at any given time.
