- History -
In 2001, Chris Hulme founded ClearView Windows in Santa Barbara, CA to help pay for school at Brigham Young University. After two years of steady growth he entered his ClearView business plan in a competition for BYU Marriott Business School students. In the final round, Chris was fortunate to win the top award: a full tuition scholarship for the following year, and of course, the opportunity to create relationships with already successful and established mentors and business owners nation-wide.

Awards aside, the single most important aspect of ClearView's business plan was the maintenance program Chris initiated to accommodate the growing list of clients who wanted their windows to stay clean all year long. Successfully maintaining clean windows while living in another state would be impossible for most, but Chris was able to teach his younger brothers the trade and meet the demand for more service. The team of Hulme brothers quickly became a hit with the locals and it wasn't long before ClearView became the primary income source for all four brothers in school.

With a meticulous work ethic and popular guarantee for "service beyond satisfaction," ClearView has earned an unmatchable reputation among clients who need detail-oriented services. In fact, patterns for perfection have already become the standard in everything from refinishing decks to cleaning tile roofs. After all, ClearView has always insisted Santa Barbara homeowners and business owners receive a thorough service with every visit.

On a personal note, the most satisfying part of Chris's success has been his ability to completely fund his education at BYU and provide an opportunity for his brothers to do the same. For this, Chris and his brothers are grateful to their clients and are committed to providing exceptional quality work for years to come.

Chris now resides permanently in Santa Barbara with Jen, his beautiful new wife, a recent UCSB graduate in Business Economics and Accounting. If you asked him, Chris would admit that his biggest asset today is his new accountant.

If you feel that the service you receive at ClearView has been as good as we have tried to make it, we would truly appreciate your continued support through repeat business and referrals to your friends and family. This allows us to concentrate our efforts exclusively on meeting your needs as clients with the highest level of service...instead of spending our time looking for new business. Most importantly, you can be assured that the professional care and expertise you deserve will be provided to you and those you refer to us in the future. Thank you.
